Sizelimit exceeded

While browsing or exporting records from directory I get the size limit exceeded error after 500 entries.

Are you connected as anonymous users?

If you are, most directories/admin restricts the #of entries returned for anonymous users.

Trying login with an admin account and see if you can get more than 500 entries.

I am using LDAP Browser and I get a limit exceeded error when I go over 10,000 records. Is this a limitation of the tool or might it be security on my connection? Would the Admin tool work any differently in this regard?

Try setting the max Results to 0 and try.

Admin Tool behaves same unless it is Active Directory.

If still you are unable to get more than 10,000 it might be the security on you side.
