Payment options
You can use paypal, google checkout, credit or debit card for all orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. If you're ordering online, you will be asked to fill in the credit card type, number and expiration date during checkout. For security reasons, we don't keep your credit card information on our server after the transaction is submitted.
Having Trouble Placing Order Online? If you are having difficulty place order online, please download and fill out the following credit card form, fax the completed form to 1-866-759-6360 (Toll Free) How will I be informed that my transaction was successful?Checkout through LdapSoft Website: You will receive two email confirmations for your transaction. One will be a receipt for payment from PayPal (from service@paypal.com) the other will be an email from LDAPSoft (from customerservice@LDAPsoft.com). If you are using a spam filter, please set it to allow email from both of these addresses. The PayPal email will confirm that the transaction completed successfully. You should receive this email almost immediately after you completed your order. The LDAPSoft order confirmation email will provide your serial code and activation code. You should receive this email within 24 hours after your payment was successfully completed with PayPal. Checkout through Google Checkout: How long after my transaction is complete will I receive the activation information?
Online Orders Normally we send you your serial number and activation key as soon as the transaction is completed. Very rarely, we may have to delay processing a transaction if there is an unexpected problem. If you don't receive the license key within 24 hours of placing an order, please use the order status page to receive the key or send an email to customerservice@ldapsoft.com. If you don't recive a response from the customer service after 8-10 hours of sending email to customer service there may be a problem with your email address in that case please give us a call or use live help (Mostly available M-F, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, US Central Time). Purchase Orders If you paid by check, you will get the license key(s) as soon as we receive your check clearance or the funds are credited to our bank account. What is your refund policy?
If a software product does not match the specifications and requirements listed on the website, or if it did not perform as indicated by the freely available trial version, then we are happy to issue a refund within 30 days of purchase of the product. Please email customerservice@ldapsoft.com if you think this is the case. Due to our distribution method we cannot refund or cancel software products for any other reason as there is no way for us to physically recall the product. Note: Our products are distributed using the "try before you buy" method, so a customer can make absolutely sure the product is exactly what is needed. All of our clients are encouraged to perform a full evaluation of the product prior to purchasing a license for their use. Upgrade from base to Reporting or Other Editions?Customers can upgrade from base to Reporting or other editions by simply paying the price difference between the two editions. What discounts are available?
LDAPSoft offers 25% plus volume discounts to local, state, and federal government employees and agencies. Most faculty members and staff at schools, colleges, and universities are eligible for this 25% plus volume discount. Nonprofit organizations are also eligible for our 25% plus volume discount. (The discount is valid for new orders only and cannot be combined with any other discount, volume discount, offer or promotion).

You will receive all the upgrades for the version you bought for free. If you bought version 2 of LDAP Admin Tool, you will receive all the upgrades for version 2 (update1, update 2 ....) free of charge.
In some cases we do offer free version upgrades, (for example, 1.4.1 users get 2.0 upgrade free.) We offer a 30% discount on all the version upgrades (for example, upgrade from 4.x to upgrade 5.6). Please note that the discount is only available if you are current on your maintenance. If you are out of your maintenance period you will have to purchase the license again at full cost, therefore we recommend purchasing 3YUP with the license. What if I lose my serial number and activation key?
